We have chosen to raise hen breeds that together offer a variety of colorful and flavorful eggs. Marans, Coucou de Rennes, Araucana, … are some of the breeds that thrive on the farm.
Free‑range, they feed on insects and high‑quality ingredients, and lay rich, delicious eggs. The breed of the hen determines the color of the eggshell, while their diet influences the quality of the yolk. We are therefore lucky to offer you a colorful and tasty selection.
Although rarer, their eggs are no less rich and flavorful! Here, the hens lay an egg about every three days, compared to one every day in industrial farming! The shells are tougher, the yolks more yellow… and the hens happier!
